»Staatsoper für alle« on 26 June on Bebelplatz  
 

 
 
The Staatsoper Unter den Linden currently performs at the Schiller Theater in Berlin Charlottenburg. The highly appreciated format »Staatsoper für alle« (Staatsoper for everyone), however, has been again played at the boulevard Unter den Linden. Daniel Barenboim and the Staatskapelle Berlin gave a live concert on Bebelplatz on 26 June 2011 at 1 pm in front of the impressing background of the Staatsoper building, which is now being reconstructed. More than 25,000 people followed the call of Beethoven's music and attended this splendid open-air event.  
 

 
 
Thanks to BMW, »Staatsoper für alle« will be held for the 5th time since 2007 and excited approximately 160,000 music friends so far. As in the past years, the boulevard Unter den Linden will be closed for traffic at the Bebelplatz vicinity.
