Due to last year’s success and many members’ demands, we once more offered a guided tour of the Musical instruments museum, which has been founded in 1888. Around 800 instruments from the last four centuries are exhibited in the museum. Our members could admire the fortepiano on which Carl Maria von Weber composed the »Freischütz«, took a look at the glass harmonica and marvelled at one of Europe´s biggest theatre and cinema organs. Many instruments were being played on site only for us.
