Due to the current situation we offer you a reservation request with the form below for all performances of the season 2020/21.
As the official regulations to prevent the spread of the pandemic are still in motion and we have to react flexibly to the resulting developments, we will start processing your ticket requests about 4-6 weeks in advance. Prior to these dates, we cannot give any binding information about your order. We will let you know if this system is changed. Ticket requests will be processed in the order of their receipt. Subscribers, holders of a StaatsopernCard and members of the Freunde & Förderer profit from preferential rights – their requests will be processed with priority. You will receive a confirmation of reservation with the request for payment by email. In case of a cancellation of the performance, you will be informed in time.
If you order more than one ticket per performance, we need the data (first and last name, e-mail and telephone number) of all accompanying persons as well as an indication of whether you want single or pair seats. Please enter the data in the »Comments« field. If information is missing, the request cannot be considered.
We would like to point out that two seats next to each other can only be occupied by people of the same household (spouses or civil partners, members of the own household and people for whom custody and access rights exist).
Help us contain the spread of Covid-19. The collection of your client details (name and surname, complete address, email and telephone number by which we can contact you) for the ticket purchase is used to retrace contact chains and cutting them quickly. The tickets are personalized and may not be given to third parties. Legal basis in line with the Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO) is article 6 paragraph 1 letter c).
