Pre-premiere conversation: Sym-phonie MMXX

The artistic teams are invited to talk about their works. This classic format provides audiences with unique insights which are normally unveiled through personal exchange with the entire team only.

At a pre-premiere conversation on March 6, 2022, 2.30pm, Sasha Waltz (concept and choreography), Pia Maier Schriever (stage design), Bernd Skodzig (costume design), Jochen Sandig (Managing Director, Sasha Waltz & Guests) and Matthias Schulz (Artistic Director, Staatsoper Unter den Linden) will talk about th eproduction with Dr. Christiane Theobald (Acting Artistic Director, Staatsballett Berlin).

The opera's box office is closed on Sunday. It is, therefore, necessary to get hold of a ticket in advance.

Due to the Staatskapelle Berlin and the Staatsopernchor's charity concert, under the baton of Daniel Barenboim, the SYM-PHONIE MMXX pre-premiere conversation will be postponed.

The pre-premiere conversation on March 6 will start at 2.30pm instead of 11am. Doors open one hour before the event.
